4. SMS/Text Message Consent & 10DLC Compliance
Consent Required: We only send SMS messages if users opt in via checkbox on our forms.
Types of Messages: Appointment reminders, platform updates, onboarding instructions.
STOP/HELP Compliance: Reply STOP to opt out. HELP for support.
No Third-Party SMS Sharing: Numbers and consent are not shared for marketing.
All SMS processes are TCR-aligned and registered under 10DLC compliance for U.S. messaging.
